A series about the human habitat in Manhattan and Chicago: the glass, brick and steel world typical for the current anthropocene era. The photographs depict the twisted reality of an urban environment that on the one hand is pretending to be “look through” or transparent, but at the other hand is divided into numerous compartments. As such the reflections and deformations of light and images create a feeling of estrangement and isolation in the modern urban world.
